The series of free lectures over the coming year aim to introduce geoscience and its relevance to society to a diverse public audience. The talks look at various topics ranging from climate change, ground engineering, groundwater sustainability, volcanoes, pollutants and human health, renewable energy and much more. Talks are held at The Geological Society, Burlington House, London - and most are given twice at 3pm and 6pm on the same day. You can find full details on the website of The Geological Society. You can also find recordings of previous talks from previous years on their website.
